Resources
December was a month of house keeping where we took advantage of the market slow down to work on internal systems and processes to get ready for 2025.
We deployed a new version of our internal CRM system, HOME (House order & management system) to enable our teams to help our customers quicker and more efficiently. We believe that in order to provide a better service to our customers, our internal systems and processes need to be robust and enable our support teams to fully resolve any and all queries. With an exciting roadmap ahead we have many features on the way which will give us the edge in our support teams.
As well as some internal work we partnered with our local charity Back Up Northwest and officially became a Guardian. This means we have committed to supporting Back Up with their mission of supporting Bolton’s young people aged 16-25. In 2024 they have helped 194 young people by proving them with safe accommodation and helping them deal with trauma and issues that anyone, especially our young people, should not have to face. A truly magnificent cause to get behand as everyone at Moove want to help make a difference.
Here is Back Up’s mission
BACKUP provide multiple services across Bolton to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. Providing supported accommodation which includes emergency housing, temporary accommodation, short and medium stay supported housing. Also the non accommodation based support work that focusses on mental health, employment support and much more.
Young people can live in more than one Backup service as they make progress and develop more independence prior to moving on completely. The different services are designed to meet various levels and ranges of needs.
Thanks to everyone for supporting us through 2024 and we are looking forward to 2025
