October 2024: Enhancing Listings with Dimensions

October has been a busy month as we have been working with our Sellers to improve the listing tools and make it even easier to get your property on the market. The way a property is presented is a massive factor in the overall saleability and can influence a buyer in less than 10 seconds.

In fact, anything that makes it more difficult or unclear for a buyer has a dramatic impact on whether they will enquire about a viewing and eventually make an offer.

Taking on feedback, we have made it easier to add dimensions to rooms and started to calculate overall property size for use in future developments. This allows buyers to see the size of rooms easier and get a better feel for how it will be living in the space. A buyer now alongside the floorplan can use the measurements to answer some previewing questions they might have. For example, will my sofa fit in the lounge area, or will my current dining table fit in the dining room.

Answering these questions in advance of viewings helps buyers and sellers have more productive viewings and use the time better, making the Moove faster and easier.
